WHAT IS FIDO/FICO?

From Luna Foundation we created a program to solve the problem of street animals.
Luna has been working as a rehabilitator of abused dogs for more than 5 years. We are not a rescue service, although we save babies and mothers from the streets whenever we can.
Our mission is to help families keep their pets.

This is a new project dedicated to HELP FAMILIES on their own house, while finding forever homes for stray animals in Aruba. We believe that every animal deserves love and care, and we work tirelessly to make that a reality. Our team of volunteers is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for these animals until they find their forever homes.

Pet of the week

Mr Magoo is at the vet for a check up.
First test was heartworm test and unfortunately it’s positive. Tomorrow we will know more about this old dude.
We believe that he is blind but let’s see what our vet says.
He has a foster home to go to this Saturday, so he will also be getting a well needed grooming session.

Pet of the week

A beautiful mom cat she was rescue from the street in may with her kitties, the babys have been adopted already and have god homes! but she need a family,. She's looking for a loving home and would make a great companion to anyone!

This program is created by the Luna Foundation for ARUBA, all foundations are invited to help and participate in it, it will take us 15 years for us alone,
the rescue foundations alone will never solve the problem.
